Scheduled Delivery
We offer a scheduled delivery option, allowing customers to select a preferred delivery date at checkout. While we successfully deliver on the selected date in 90% of cases, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as inventory shortages, courier partner delays, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen events. If an order is not delivered within 14 days, we will issue a full refund without requiring the customer to request it.
Delivery Timelines
All domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. The exact timeframe depends on factors such as the customer’s location, courier service efficiency, and order volume during peak seasons. Customers will be informed in case of any significant delays.
Free & Additional Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India for standard deliveries. However, additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote or rural locations. In cases where express delivery is requested, extra charges may also apply. Customers will have the option to proceed with or modify their order based on these costs.
International Shipping
For international orders, our shipping process includes a verification step before dispatch. Some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to country-specific regulations. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped internationally, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Customers are responsible for any import duties or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
Tracking & Courier Services
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Our primary shipping partner is Amazon Shipping, ensuring efficient and reliable deliveries. If Amazon Shipping is unavailable, we may use alternative courier services.
Lost Shipments & Delays
In rare cases where a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate and resolve the issue. If confirmed lost, we will offer a refund or replacement. Customers are encouraged to report any delivery-related issues promptly.
